Sotka Bulk is committed to protecting and conserving the environment, placing a high priority on environmental considerations in managing our business.

Human & Labour Rights

Sotka Bulk respects internationally recognized human rights and ensures that we do not contribute to human rights violations as a result of our global business activities. As a trusted employer, we ensure that all our employees are treated in a manner consistent with applicable laws and labour conventions. We do not employ underage workers or tolerate such practices from our suppliers. Additionally, we strictly prohibit the use of forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labour.

Anti-Corruption

Our policy mandates that no employee – whether directly or through third parties – engages in any form of corrupt practices, including bribery, extortion, and fraud, as defined by applicable bribery and anti-corruption laws. Employees are prohibited from offering or giving anything of value to any person, agent, or employee of any client for personal or corporate gain.

Business Ethics

Since our founding in 2011 as a small, independent maritime consultancy company, Sotka Bulk has grown significantly in business volume and global reach. Throughout this expansion, we have maintained a steadfast commitment to decency and integrity. Our founder established a culture rooted in high moral and ethical standards, which continues to guide our operations today. This enduring commitment to ethical conduct, along with our heritage, global reach, dedication, and creativity, has earned us a reputation as the consultant the world trusts.
